Shaheed Diwas 2026 Date, 95th Shaheed Diwas Celebration
Martyr's Day, also known as Shaheed Diwas 2026, is held on numerous days in India. The killing of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi on January 30th, 1948 is commemorated as Martyr's Day or Shaheed Diwas in commemoration of Mahatma Gandhi, also known as Gandhi Punyatithi. March 23 is also remembered as the day the British executed three heroic independence fighters, Bhagat Singh, Shivaram Rajguru, and Sukhdev Thapar.
Shaheed Diwas, or Martyr's Day, is observed on January 30th or 23rd of March, 13th July, 21st October, 17th November and 19th November.
