Tara Jayanti, also known as Mahatara Jayanti, is a sacred occasion dedicated to Goddess Tara, one of the ten Mahavidyas in Hindu tradition. According to the Hindu calendar, this auspicious day is observed on Chaitra Shukla Navami.
