Sant Kabirdas Jayanti 2028 Date

Sant Kabirdas was a well known 15th century poet, saint and social reformer of India. Bhakti movement was was greatly influenced by his writings. Kabir Panth which is a religious community recognizes him as its founder and its members are known as Kabir Panthis, the followers of Saint Kabirdas.

The major part of Kabir's work was collected by the fifth Sikh Guru, Guru Arjan Dev, and incorporated into the Sikh holy scripture Guru Granth Sahib. "Kabir Ke Dohe", the two line couplets are regarded as the hallmark of Sant Kabirdas work.
